The FS800S15 is a high-precision, large-stroke inline dispensing system designed for automotive battery FPC/FFC applications. With a working area of 1550×800mm and auto-adjustable conveyor width, it accommodates large panels and diverse product formats. Equipped with a 6-axis platform and compatible with piezo jet valves, it delivers accurate, consistent dispensing for critical components such as NTC thermistors (requiring precise volume and flatness with FR4), nickel strips (bubble-free, uniform coverage), connectors, solder joints, and terminal insulation.
